Worst place I have ever worked in my life, hands down. Upper management has been embezzling from the company for years and the pay structure is so ridiculous that it's almost impossible to bonus up. I've never had a job so terrible it literally affected my sleep and gave me nightmares. It's pretty bad when a job gives you so much stress that you end up with chronic TMJ during your tenure there.
I worked at Altitude Marketing for twelve years. Quite a long time to be giving just two stars. If you are an ambitious senior looking to make promotion based on your accomplishments (5 first prize contest wins in 6 years) then you will not be happy there. Altitude Marketing only promotes young, pliable workers who only implement managements directives without wanting to hear or consider their input. That's the way they like it.
