Pretty horrible experience. I have no doubt these guys can tackle a multi-million dollar project with everything they've got, but for a small project - expect to shelved until they have time, or assign it to junior members. Waited over 2.5 months for a simple ALTA survey, which was the first step in a larger project. Had to push, prod, and even show up in person to ask them to finish the survey. I'm happy to say Eric Burtzlaff and Altitude Land Consultants have become just that for our real estate development company. Eric and his team function as integral member of our engineering team.
