First of all, this gym was exactly what I needed when traveling from out of town. They understand free weights and dumbbells and they do them right. Dom (working the front desk) was f-ing spectacular. I had issues with my lifting belt and finding machines and this man went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and safe asking questions and helping me out. The first gym I’ve ever really enjoyed being in, and the gym where I learned everything I know about strength training. Lovely space with a great staff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a spot to work out in Laramie
Not always open when they say there gonna be open close for wierd stuff unless your a college student probably go elsewhere
Still the best gym in laramie and the best coaches and staff
