In response to Kyle's review. My name is Tony Wilkes and I am one of the owners of Altitude Fire Protection and I am the person that spoke to Kyle and went to the house to give him the estimate. I called Altitude a couple weeks ago to repair and drop a fire sprinkler system in Castle Pines. The gentleman I spoke to returned my phone call the day of and scheduled an appointment the next day. He came out, gave a estiamated price and said he needed the ceiling dropped(framed) before he could drop the sprinkler. He also stated he would not need more than 1-2 days to get out there and get this done- I was impressed honestly.
