I visited here today for a routine eye exam. I had an appointment for 3:00 pm. At 3:30 pm they told me the doctor was seeing other patients and they did not know how much longer it would take. I understand people are busy, but if you book an appointment then keep your appointment. My time is valuable too. It’s especially frustrating being made to wait excessively when I already signed documents that explain the doctors position regarding me being late or not showing up. So thankful for Altitude Eye Care. I somehow managed to scratch my cornea and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. Doc confirmed I did indeed scratch my cornea and was able to get me drops to ease my discomfort. Just moved to the area and will be coming back for my routine eye care.
Dr. Goetz was very thorough and took the time with me to get my prescription right. Great experience!
