We used Altitude after a bad hailstorm hit our neighborhood. Throughout the process, they acted on our behalf and represented our needs well. Their crews moved quickly and had very high quality. They communicated with us along the way and made for a great experience in the end. I recommend using them for your needs!
They came out and did a great job. Crew was professional and prompt. I feel like i got a great deal and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or repair.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted them to fix an issue with my roof. They half completed the job and requested payment. When I discovered they purposely covered a hole with shingles to hide the unfinished work, they refused to work with me to resolve this issue. BEWARE! Find another roofer that is honest.
DISHONEST! They were to repair my roof, but instead covered it up with a shingle and said the work was not done. I discovered this when the trees were being trimmed and the tree person saw that the shingle had blown partway off. I contacted Altitude Exteriors and they wanted to charge me more to come out and fix the issue. I filed a complaint with the BBB. The BBB is aware of this dishonest group. Horrible experience with this so-called business.
