Yesterday was my first time having work done at this office, and it was far and away the best experience I have ever had having a root canal done (of which I’ve had many and by different offices.) The staff and the Doctor are all incredibly nice and caring and really seem to go the extra mile to make sure patients are comfortable and well informed. Many, many years ago, I had some work done by Dr Ricketts. I paid my portion of the bill at the time of service and went on my way. Fast forward, years later (recently) I hear from them stating I still owe them for that appointment, years prior. They stated, someone from USPS was hoarding mail and my check was part of that hoarding. I since moved and they sent notices to my previous address. I never received them.
