Many, many years ago, I had some work done by Dr Ricketts. I paid my portion of the bill at the time of service and went on my way. Fast forward, years later (recently) I hear from them stating I still owe them for that appointment, years prior. They stated, someone from USPS was hoarding mail and my check was part of that hoarding. I since moved and they sent notices to my previous address. I never received them.
