I was recommended this place by my regular dentist office because I had a fractured tooth, and it was the worst experience I’ve had at a dentist office. It took them a week to squeeze me into get an appointment, so I got to sit with a fractured tooth for a WEEK. I visited Altitude Endodontics only once over 3 years ago, and I am still receiving bills from them. I already paid everything they asked me to pay. About a year and a half ago, I even went there in person and told them that this would be the last payment I was making and that I hoped I would not receive any more bills after that. Update: If I could split the star rating between dental care and fee, I would give the dental care a 5 star rating and the fee a three star rating. From the very beginning, Dr. Ricketts and his staff made sure that my emotional needs were met as they asked about how I was feeling about the exam that day. Due to the gentle care and thorough explanations throughout the exam, any nerves I had disappeared. After the exam, he explained my options and my next steps.
