I visited Altitude Endodontics only once over 3 years ago, and I am still receiving bills from them. I already paid everything they asked me to pay. About a year and a half ago, I even went there in person and told them that this would be the last payment I was making and that I hoped I would not receive any more bills after that. Update: If I could split the star rating between dental care and fee, I would give the dental care a 5 star rating and the fee a three star rating. From the very beginning, Dr. Ricketts and his staff made sure that my emotional needs were met as they asked about how I was feeling about the exam that day. I had a root canal done at Altitude Endodontics and was very pleased with the quality of their dental work. Dr. Ricketts did an excellent job, and when he noticed a small spot that needed to be corrected, he brought me back in and made sure everything was perfect. Their commitment to quality and patient care in that regard really stood out. That said, I did have a frustrating billing issue that prevents me from giving a full five stars. I was greeted with a smile. Was treated very kindly. Dr. Ricketts explained everything in a thorough manner. The staff was very nice and would recommend this Endodontic clinic to anyone. Great people working there.
