I was out of town when the huge windstorm happened and knocked out our meter box to our house. I was referred to Altitude Electric by a friend and they were able to get out to our house in Bailey and fix everything before we arrived home! I really appreciate their fast response and working on Christmas Eve to get this fixed! I highly recommend them for your electrical needs!
We had some plugs that weren't working. The two electricians that came out were great! They were very knowledgeable and professional. Arrived on time and found the solution in no time. We will absolutely use them again. Highly recommend!
Karsten came back after our Jeffco Electrical and gas inspections to finish the final hook up and start up operation. He double checked all the connections and charged the battery. He started the generator after turning off all the power to our house and showed me how our system works. Everything was perfect and we tested appliances etc. inside our home and then we turned on the main breaker and the Generac cooled off and shut down! We love Altitude Electric. We put in a new emergency generator for our home with another company and it just wasn’t done correctly. Altitude came in and saved the day. They got it up and running before the power is gonna be out for three days! So grateful- highly recommend these guys!
