Altitude installed a Generac home standby generator and we are very happy with their performance throughout the entire process. Karsten and his crew did a great job placing the generator and completing all the electrical work. Zach and Joe with Gas Connection were also extremely impressive with the natural gas connection. The entire team was polite and professional, and the generator install went off without a hitch. I would recommend this business to anyone with electrical installation needs.
The technician arrived at the beginning of the time frame and worked efficiently. I was a little surprised that he took off after completing the generator maintenance and didn't leave me an invoice or test the generator with a power outage. The office sent an invoice the next day via email, but I never did find out why he left so abruptly. I'll still use Altitude for my generator maintenance and repair though, I think this was a one time thing.
Michael and Levi came out to hook up the power to our new hot tub. They are fast friendly and professional! I've used Altitude Electric since we have moved back to Evergreen and they are top notch! Jody, Todd, Karsten and crew always do what they say in a timely basis at a reasonable rate. give them a call and you will not use anyone else.
Evan Danzey was professional and fixed my improperly wired outlet so it now works safely. He was timely, efficent & very polite. He also cleaned up & left no mess. It was great to get an electrician out here within a couple hours of initial contact. Thanks Altitude Electric!
