After a big snow storm and some of the first cold days of the year, our furnace decided it didn't want to heat our house. I called Nate and he had Brad come out an hour later, resolved all issues, explained everything, and was a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely be going back to Altitude the next time I need any HVAC work done!
