Chris clearly knows his stuff. We had gotten our carpet cleaned for pet stains through multiple companies, and Chris was the one who actually made the biggest difference. He had up-to-date information and techniques. He truly cares about your carpet as if it were his own and really took the time to get to know our unique situation.
Chris is the most professional carpet cleaner I have ever encountered. He is knowledgeable, reliable and efficient. Our carpets came out beautifully and I highly recommend him.

Chris was absolutely amazing! He was first very communicative about when he was going to show up and was on time, he did a wonderful job on the carpet and couches to make them look brand new. He accidentally broke the pull out drawer of the couch and fixed it himself like it never happened, and I am very appreciative that he fixed it because most people would have just moved on and said it was part of the job but not Chris. I will be hiring him from now on, and you should do the same.
