Our Owners Corporation ultimately terminated its agreement with this company (now operating as Albury Community Strata) due to ongoing administrative and communication issues. Exceptional in their ability to ignore customer's requirements. Exceptionally poor or completely absent customer service. Do not use this company.
Do not recommend. Unbelievably rude service, staff who hang up the phone when needing urgent assistance over water damage to property. Jarrod and Jack’s customer service is appalling.
I will never buy another property that has anything to do with Altitude Body Corporate. Had a insurance claim and all they did was work for the insurance company and not us. Covid is over and still no face-to-face Body corporate meeting, No EOFY statements when asked. We sold the property and bought another one. We have a new Strata Manager, and they are brilliant nothing is a problem.
I absolutely agree with the last comment. Do not go near this company.
