Do not recommend. Unbelievably rude service, staff who hang up the phone when needing urgent assistance over water damage to property. Jarrod and Jack’s customer service is appalling.
I will never buy another property that has anything to do with Altitude Body Corporate. Had a insurance claim and all they did was work for the insurance company and not us. Covid is over and still no face-to-face Body corporate meeting, No EOFY statements when asked. We sold the property and bought another one. We have a new Strata Manager, and they are brilliant nothing is a problem.
I absolutely agree with the last comment. Do not go near this company.
This is a very unreliable team. They lie to some clients and are shinny diamonds to others. Untrustworthy. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.
