I really wanted to love this place. The location is fantastic, the apartment itself has an amazing fireplace, is spacious and comfortable, and on the surface, it feels like a great fit. I even renewed my lease because management promised the issues I had since moving in last winter would finally be addressed. Unfortunately, the heat has been a problem for two years now. The altitudes of Blue Ash is a mess I would not rent there. Their Fitness Centers equipment is always broken and there's no Wi-Fi. Their air conditioning constantly breaks and the laundry equipment and venting systems are inferior yet the rents go up every year it's a joke!!! Seek an appointment else where.
