It has been a true pleasure working with Altitude. They are prompt, professional, and most importantly take the very best care of my patients.
Im at a total loss of what to do. Hopefully, this review will get someone to help me. Almost a year ago my two children had dental surgery and we used Altitude. They were very clear that we would have to pay up front but then could get the claim processed for reimbursement from our insurance.
