The entire team at Altitude Air Solutions were a pleasure to deal with. We had our air con installed promptly. The lady I initially contacted was so polite and helpful. The two young men who installed the unit were very respectful and polite. The electrical team were equally as polite and respectful. A very friendly , lovely group of people.
My experience with Altitude Air was fabulous. Great, clear and timely communication. The installation team were polite and efficient. I was impressed with the respectful communication within the team during installation. A special mention for Jake, who headed the team. Delightful to deal with and consulted on anything that was unexpected due to the structure of the house. Very happy with the result. Certainly will recommend. Faultless.
On recommendation this is the first time I have called Altitude for general maintenance on my two split level Mitsubishi air conditioners. They are friendly chaps and easy to deal with. All internal filters were taken out and thoroughly cleaned. I am sure they would have checked other technical aspects ; refrigerant levels, piping etc.in the external units. The tops of the external units were not cleaned and there are leaves and accumulated dirt in the grill and I am now asking management to confirm that the external units w... read more
Very professional organisation. Fair price and a very efficient system & process... from initial inquiry thru to final installation. They set expectations very well and always arrived on time (with a handy text message to let you know that their technician is only 20 mins away). Little Jake and big Jake did a great job on the installation. All in all - a positive experience. No hesitation to recommend them.
