We had Will & Shaun from Altitude Air Solutions diagnose the problem with our industrial split system air conditioner. They were professional, polite & super efficient & just lovely young guys to deal with. Scott arrived on time, was friendly, communicative, clearly explained what was happening, spared no trouble in looking for the fault and answered every question I could think of. Highly recommended. UPDATE. Old system removed and new Daikin system now installed, working brilliantly.
The service was a great price, the team were very knowledgeable & I received great communication all the way through. I appreciated the regular text updates to let me know the service was booked and when the technician was coming. Highly recommend.
