I'm a new resident at the Altis and am loving it so far. Special shoutout to the maintenance crew; I made two maintenance requests for minor repairs and they took care of them the very next day after I requested service. Thanks fellas for the quick assistance! Ashlynn at the leasing office has also been wonderful to work with and always answered my many questions about the move-in process with kindness and professionalism. I just moved into Altis Grand Central and I absolutely love it. Ashlynn made the whole process super easy and was incredibly helpful with everything I needed along the way. I would definitely recommend checking Altis out!
We are new to renting, especially in a new city, but with any issues we have faced, Jonathon (and his team - Justin, Anthony) have been fantastic in supporting us with moves, relocation, fixes - just awesome people. Thanks to the maintenance staff for making this a great experience.
