Altis Grand Central is a prime location when it comes to the downtown Tampa scene. It’s relatively close to everything and the building is well maintained. After living here for three and a half years I have made lots of great memories. The amenities are very nice and the apartments are nice. Main downsides: parking is difficult, if you don’t park before 7pm you will not be parking on your floor. They have a bunch of empty reserved parking spots on every floor that should be better managed, maybe offer the option to purchase... read more
