Wanda and the Altis team have been more than accommodating throughout the application and closing process. Making it seamless weeks ahead of move in!
It took us a while to find the best place to live as we moved to Tampa. Altis became a great choice for several reasons : Proximity to everything. Really close to Hyde Park, downtown / water street, all supermarkets and Westshore that has all that you need. The amenities at Altis are really nice. The gym is one of the best that I have seen in a rental community. I’ve lived at the Altis since 2023 and it’s definitely one of the better buildings I’ve lived at. Inside my unit it was very quiet, i was never bothered with noise from neighbors which is a plus! The maintenance staff- Jonathan, Anthony, and the whole team are awesome! They’re friendly and always took care of the requests quickly! Beautiful amenities only downfall is some people in the building (or their friends) don’t take care of the amenities and tend to break/ damage things which effects the residence usage. I am truly happy with the maintenance team here at Altis and all of the staff my experience here has been exceptional. I want to specifically shout out Aris for his professionalism and his timeliness for the maintenance request I submitted. He fixed my ac same day and I am truly grateful to have my ac especially in this summer heat we are experiencing .
