I have really enjoyed my experience living here as a new tenant, the maintenance team is responsive efficient and the staff is friendly and profesional , I am very satisfied with Wanda’s service and my experience during the touring process this made it easier to navigate the moving process from out the state to Florida living.The amenities especially the sauna was my selling point.
Ashlynn Ross was not only helpfull but also so compassionate twords the needs of my family. Highly recommend that anyone who is looking for a place to live that they see ashlynn first!

Altis Grand Central is a beautiful property with modern decor in a prime location. One of my favorite things about Altis is the yoga events they offer once a month on the rooftop deck at sunset. The staff is lovely! Randy and Ashlynn are helpful, informative, and bubbling with positive energy. The amenities are the best I've ever seen. A bowling alley/game room, roof top deck, state of the art gym, sauna, lounge and office spaces to work from. This is one home sweet home!
Amazing staff, amenities, location, and apartment layouts. We are so excited about our new community at the Altis here in Tampa. Moving in was very smooth. Thank you to Randi and her staff for everything. What a beautiful property!!!
