EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional phone staff from the first call made! Zero customer service skills and didn't at all make us feel as though we were an important customer!!! Altis wanted in excess of a $325 payment before they would schedule an appointment, without any type of service being performed, without any face to face introduction or tech onsite, or any internet was even set up!
