I’ve had a great experience living at Highland Park Apartments. It’s easily one of the best communities in the Westchase area. The amenities really stand out—the pool is beautiful and well-maintained, and the clubhouse is a huge plus with its coffee station and comfortable workspaces, which make it perfect for remote work. I’ve toured this community with my husband and really enjoyed the self-tour process, because we were able to explore the community and apartments without rushing. The buildings feel well-maintained and welcoming, and the neighbors I came across were all very friendly and pleasant. Overall, it gave off a really nice, comfortable atmosphere.
I’ve really been enjoying living at The Marq so far. I grew up in the area, so being back here has been a great experience, and this community has made it even better. One of the standout things for me has been how friendly everyone is. The neighbors are welcoming, and it has a comfortable, easygoing vibe that makes it feel like home pretty quickly. Overall, it’s been a positive experience, and I’m glad I chose to live here.
