The apartment complex is beautiful. However, one major disappointment is that the pool and grill area seem to be constantly closed for repairs. These amenities have been unavailable for months. To not have a pool in the middle of summer is very disappointing. Residents pay for access to these features, so it’s frustrating to see them remain out of service for such a long period of time.
I have been renting at The Marq in Highland Park over a year now and my experience has been great! I love the community, the beautiful lake, peaceful surroundings and the mix of young and old, children and pets. I walk for miles every day and have always felt very safe. The pool and club house are beautiful and well-kept. The staff is very nice, very helpful, and they plan such nice events to celebrate anything and everything! I recently toured The Marq Highland Park Apartments and was genuinely impressed. The property is absolutely stunning—beautifully maintained, modern, and welcoming throughout. What really made the experience exceptional was Ryan. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Been here a couple of times and I am always greeted with respect and satisfactory experience with the clerk and the complex is very chill and peaceful .
A few of my friends live at the Marq and we always have a great time when we come visit! Great location, staff are always friendly and helpful, and my friends’ apartment is so nice inside- they even have a balcony where we’ve been able to see fireworks on the different holidays. The wine bar is tasty too, tons of option!
