Starting our 8th year here. Leasing office pleasant, maintenance is usually same day. Never had a problem that was not taken care of in a timely manner. While reading other reviews I believe there a few Karen’s out there. The only drawback is that the apartments don’t have access to the big pool but there is a smaller pool by the office.
Stay far away from this apartment complex. Management is extremely incompetent and has unfair and unprofessional business practices. Christina the manager is arrogant and doesn’t want to deal with any tenant issues. If you have an issue she with threaten to evict you instead of resolving the issue (there are reviews from other former residents that had this same thing happen to them). Do not rent here or anywhere in westchase. Overpriced rent and bloated unreasonable fees. Company changed 3 times and all they have done is raised prices. 1bed was $1.075-$1.100 just few years back. Don’t rent until prices come down.

They will not address unruly neighbor complaints. They will gaslight you by saying they have investigated the situation and didn't find anything wrong.
