We lived in these apartments for 2.5 years, and it truly felt like home from day one. The place is incredibly cozy, quiet, and welcoming — perfect for long-term living. The Marq is the best managed apartment complex we have lived in. Allison and the team are friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. It’s been a great experience here.
Location is quiet, amenities are all nice, and maintenance is on it, usually responding to new requests within a day or two. Unlike other Tampa apartments I've lived at, I'm yet to run into any roach problems here. Only real downside is the closer your apartment is to Race Track Road, the louder things get. Loud cars frequently drive by. Also, the left turn without the light out of the community can be very dangerous. A fatal motorcycle crash occurred a few days prior to posting this. Your community is very attractive to us! My kids going to Farnell middle school and whey have a lot of friend from Highland Park! We will be happy to living in such beautiful apartment, and professionals like you!!! 5stars at all
