I moved to Highland Park two months ago from another community, and I couldn’t be happier here! This place truly feels like home. Alison and the team are wonderful — any questions are handled quickly and easily. A couple of times I had maintenance issues, and a maintenance team member even came in the evening to fix them. Don’t waste your time with the audacity of this place.
We lived in these apartments for 2.5 years, and it truly felt like home from day one. The place is incredibly cozy, quiet, and welcoming — perfect for long-term living. The team was always responsive and professional: every request or maintenance issue was handled quickly and with care. The Marq is the best managed apartment complex we have lived in. Allison and the team are friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are handled promptly. It’s been a great experience here.
Location is quiet, amenities are all nice, and maintenance is on it, usually responding to new requests within a day or two. Unlike other Tampa apartments I've lived at, I'm yet to run into any roach problems here. Only real downside is the closer your apartment is to Race Track Road, the louder things get. Loud cars frequently drive by. Also, the left turn without the light out of the community can be very dangerous. A fatal motorcycle crash occurred a few days prior to posting this.
