My daughter was terrified to have a tooth removed. Shes has bad dental experiences in the past. The dentist was calming and validated her feelings. He did a great job managing her expectations. She says "he is a good dentist, it didnt hurt at all". Shes happy, so we as parents are happy. Thank to the Altima team.
