The dental hygienist told me it was time for my X-rays. I asked her if I had to pay and she said NO. At the end of my appointment the person at the front desk told me I had to pay close to $70. Had I known I had to pay extra, , I wouldn't have accepted. I had no pain and no dental problems. As a senior, I live on a budget. She know I had to pay and she didn't tell me. She took advantage of me. THAT IS SENIOR ABUSE!!! I won't go back to Altima Bayview Village Dental Centre.
I got my treatment from this clinic and i will come here again if have any problem in future again. I got my crown here. Doctor and staff was very good and friendly.
After a tricky issue with a molar filling, Dr. Mina was very compassionate and worked with me to fix it. Sincerely grateful for the care from the team here.
