They made a mistake and charged me the wrong amount on my last visit, and then threatened to take me to collections if I didn’t submit a payment either in person (not feasible) or over the phone to them by the next day, with 5 minutes left in their business day. Staff is very friendly and professional with all their services. Highly recommended to anyone who needs a dental experience that is of the highest standard, the people at Altima are willing to go above and beyond to make you feel at ease during your visit. Thank you for being so helpful for all these years and I am happy to continue entrusting my dental care with Altima Dental.
