I got a move out statement which showed that the carpet had stain and sign of footsteps in one area. The management wants to charge me for replacing the carpet. The carpet was worn out when I moved in. I expected that they will charge me for cleaning a 10 ft x 10 ft room. Maybe $75 max for cleaning this small room. Management is very unprofessional and uneducated being harassed due to a certain ethnicity is the worst feeling ever save yourself the headache I currently live here and I hate it this place is horrible worst mistake was moving here. Management doesn't care about people values. Save yourself the headache don't waste you money here. Maintenance is just as bad apartments outdated and very expensive. Its not worth dealing with racist people.
After living at the property for 8 years, Altezza High Desert took over the last few years and have been consistently less than professional. Multiple maintenance issues, including a continually leaking sink and dishwasher causing black mold, a continuously unprofessional attitude from the office and a general disregard for privacy. Upon move out, I was initially overcharged almost $500 for rent and through much persistence was able to have it removed.
