We always work with Altex, these guys are the most experienced shops in Sacramento area, I had a DEF problem on my Volvo, went to a dealer, they said it had electrical problem that can't be covered under warranty, then broght it to Altex, they found DEF leveling sensor was not working, they replaced it easily and helped us to get reimbursement from Volvo warranty with putting comments on the invoice.

On September 10th, while driving on I-35 West in Texas, one of this company’s drivers cut me off with no signal and then did the same to another vehicle shortly after. I observed this pattern for several minutes. This kind of reckless driving puts others at risk and reflects poorly on the company. I hope safety is taken more seriously moving forward.
