Just met the professionals here they diagnosed my faulty alternator, but we’re unable to help me directly as my particular part could not be rebuilt. They were more than kind, bent over backwards and even helped me locate a replacement item outside of their procurement, so they help and made no money, but gave 100% and earn MY five stars if you ever need help with alternator, starter or associated repair services check out this team, they position people and service before profitability and that’s rare these days!!!
The guy there was nice and friendly. I took my alternator in because it seems to be overcharging at 15v. Without a call or approval for the work, he went ahead and replaced some parts and called me to pick it up. I didn't feel like arguing and just paid the $230 for it, figuring, at least it's fixed. Well, it's still overcharging, and I'm out $230. I gave two starts because he was friendly and polite, at least, but I definitely won't ever be going there again.
