I had to take the alternator in, found it wouldn't charge. Sure enough it was dead. I asked them to order me another for my 93 cadillac. They found one. got it sent out. I had to thumb a ride to Olds to pick it up and back to Bowden. Gary was so kind to give me a ride back to the house. I was so happy with the service. Installed the alternator and now all is good in the world. "Hazel" the caddy is full of energy now. Great service Lori and Gary. Excellent. I named the alternator 'Sparky"
I've been there twice and the service is excellent. Lori is a darling. So friendly and service is top notch! Fixed the starter in my snowblower. awesome place to do business. My cat Toonces agree's.
