Do NOT get insurance here. They will take your money and cancel your insurance and keep your money. I have been fighting with them for three weeks to get a refund. They canceled my insurance after three days and have been hanging up on me when I call.
I paid a 190 dollar down payment and cancelled the insurance within a week with Alice a month later I received a check for 30 dollars and when I called the insurance agency to ask about why I only received 30 dollars not only did they state I would not be getting anymore of my money back but they also said the down payment was only 119. Where's my money alternatives?
Alice is horrible,rude,fake and completly incompetent at this bussiness....day one payed for insurance to alice on the phone from the dealership and hour and a half away. Told her im buying a brand new truck i have to have the insurance copy emailed to either me or the dealership she said yes of course...tool my money at around 1100 am. Called after waiting about a half hour still no insurance card or proof. Called over and over and over for literally hours.
