ABH has been the ONLY counseling that I've actually been able to complete in the last 9 years that I've been trying. They were very accommodating with sessions over Zoom given most of us can't drive & myself with 3 kids...not trying to find a ride or babysitter helped me beyond words with way less stress that I'd have to deal with somewhere else. I came to ABH during a mental health crisis. I felt very out of control and they welcomed me with open arms. I just completed the full IOP Program and they have been nothing short of amazing. They have been incredibly caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and supportive. I’ve learned so many coping skills that I will carry with me throughout life. I truly don’t know where I would be without them. Thank you Dr. Capes and Katie.
