I recently purchased several items at their store and I have met 4 sales associates and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also returned an item and received a new replacement with courtesy, thank you guy's, you really know how to treat your customers.

I've been to every other vape shop in town that I know of and none of them beat the service I get at Alternative, Lenny, Aaron, Nicole, and Mac do an amazing job
