My sleep study was about as pleasant as it could possibly be. Lucy was so sweet and informative and really on top of everything.
The people were nice, but I had a bad billing experience. They called my insurance over two billing codes for sleep apnea testing, and submitted the code that they were told was not covered. Caused much emotional distress. Highly recommend getting explicit written preauthorization first, because insurance is very picky with this type of medicine
DO NOT TAKE THEIR WORD THAT YOU ARE COVERED, AS THEY LIE ABOUT IT. CALL YOUR INSURANCE FIRST. BCBS DOESN'T COVER PAT DEVICES AS THEY CONSIDER THEM "INVESTIGATIONAL/EXPERIMENTAL"
Heed the warnings. To go with what others have said, they will outright scam you out of your money. I asked NUMEROUS times how much everything was going to cost. They said not to worry because my insurance was covering EVERYTHING. I asked them are they sure because I could not afford to pay more than a couple hundred dollars. They assured me I wouldn't be billed. My experience with the staff was exceptional. Jennifer and the team there helped me with my mask in an efficient, joyful, and caring manner. I am so grateful for their dedication.
