Horrible service. The lady at the front desk refused to listen to the situation and continued her script. Had a law firm order and she still refused to read it or sign up the classes. These people do not want to help.
Leaving a review for my co worker whom I tried to help simply just get in contact with these people to get his zoom link sent to him for his DUI class today at 5pm. This service is a total run around and obviously insanely poorly ran/managed. There should be a phone service #1, it's a forwarded call that ends in a mailbox that is full.... There's 2 email addresses listed for contact and only 1 works.
