Receptionist Alicia is not professional whatsoever! I came to make a payment and she was already arguing with an elderly man who was being more than compliant, this company needs to get inspected or corrected with the way they run things, because we participants of Kings View are the ones who have to pay the price or extra fees when these people are relapsing just like us or simply not in the mood to help us. Horrible service. The lady at the front desk refused to listen to the situation and continued her script. Had a law firm order and she still refused to read it or sign up the classes. These people do not want to help.

Leaving a review for my co worker whom I tried to help simply just get in contact with these people to get his zoom link sent to him for his DUI class today at 5pm. This service is a total run around and obviously insanely poorly ran/managed. There should be a phone service #1, it's a forwarded call that ends in a mailbox that is full.... There's 2 email addresses listed for contact and only 1 works.
