Above and beyond, great service! Chad, used a favor from a friend to get me off the Interstate, after other tow companies couldn't or wouldn't tow me. Once I arrived at the shop (after hours) he gave me a ride to my hotel. Told me he would look at it first thing in the morning. I called at 10AM, he had just finished the test drive. By 1130 I was back on the road! More people need to be like Chad! Thank you Chad
My son was stuck in the snow on Davey Road and was assisted by a couple of gentlemen, one of whom was driving an Alternative Service and Repair truck (not sure about the other). Outstanding kindness, and it was certainly appreciated. Thanks guys.
