I was in a pinch and tried renting a unit, I needed one that same day. I showed up and the gate code provided wouldn't work. I couldn't even open the gate to enter and place our stuff inside. I tried to get into contact with them and the phones kept going to voicemail. I then tried emailing them and got an automated message to the FAQs on their website. I have been renting here for almost a year and a half. I have never been happier with a storage company. The owners and management are friendly, responsive and appreciative of my business. The units are clean, nearly brand new and in a quiet and safe location. Lastly the prices for the size and space you get are better then any place else. I live in Portland so if only there were another location closer to me! I highly recommend alternative self storage solutions and appreciate their quality service.

I DO NOT recommend. Rent at your own risk. More faux friendly, snitch on ya type weirdness. People up in your biz but pretending to walk their dog for instance. Don't take kindly to your kind round here n shtuff like that. Kinda make u want to hurl. Lies right to your face from the mgmt. Eyes all on you. Refused to tell my partners balance to me so I could pay though we are married but gave plenty info to parents whom are estranged abusers we despise.
