Rochelle asked question, did an assessment and throughout my massage answered all my questions. Rochelle gets to the root of the problem, releasing the knots, tension and pressure. The results are super fantastic. If you’re looking for long lasting relief, Alternative Resolutions, is where it’s at!
I’ve been seeing Rochelle exclusively for the past few years after going to many different massage therapists for over a decade. Rochelle evaluates and works out the source of the pain instead of just doing the same treatment every time like most massage therapists. She’s the best massage therapist I have been to. Great location; online booking with appointment reminders; relaxing atmosphere and free parking are other perks.
I am always amazed at how quickly she can repair my ailments. Would rate higher if I could.
Rochelle has a gift for healing. She has a vast knowledge of functional anatomy, impressive somatic intuition, she can see and feel how your body is out of alignment and guide it back into place, an integrative manual practitioner with clinical skill and body-based intuition. I have chronic and acute pain episodes that affect multiple areas of my body. Add on the occasional bout of mental health distress. I just know that when I need her, she is there and I know I will feel relief when I leave. Just trust the process.
