For sure one of the best therapists that I have had experience with! She has some of the most effective methods working from the root of the problem vs just the spot that hurts. If I have something bothering me I know it won’t be shortly after Rochelle dives in. I highly recommend her to anyone looking into seriously taking care of whatever issues they are fighting against. She’s not here to offer a spa day she offers results!
Rochelle is amazing. I’ve had massage therapy before, but this was the first time I felt like someone really looked at my whole body and how everything was connected. I came in with a shoulder issue and she traced it back to tightness in my hip on the opposite side and after working on that, my shoulder finally started to feel better, even after a few days had gone by. She is so knowledgeable and attentive, and I always leave feeling noticeably improved. Highly recommend!
Rochelle is a gifted healer. I walked in with stabbing low back pain and walked out with no pain at all. She diagnosed the problem and focused in on the issue with true professionalism. Will definitely be going back and would recommend to anyone!
