I took my bridal gown to the Alternative Shop in the Spring of 2016. For the first three months my bridal gown did not sale. I was given the option to pick it up or renew the consignment after the first 3 months. I renewed my consignment. I checked in again towards the end of the renewed consignment and I was told that my dress had sold. I asked why I was contacted and when would I receive my half of the money.
