Dr Sylvester is absolutely amazing! Great man and ladies at the front are angels.
I find that how a staff treats people that provide a service to them to be very insightful as far as what type of business the principals are running. I have friends and family that I will actively recommend that they steer clear of this practice. What I saw today will not grow business in an area you didn’t even know that you may have had a reach into. Best Regards.
I had been a patient at this practice for several years and initially had a very positive experience. I’ve been a patient here for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has completely deteriorated. I was recently out of state and was never informed that Alternative Psychiatry isn’t licensed to prescribe in other states yet they had no issue charging me fees anyway. Transparency and patient care should come first, but it’s clear that their policies are now focused on squeezing money out of patients rather than providing proper medical care.
