I’ve been a patient here for years, but unfortunately, the quality of service has completely deteriorated. I was recently out of state and was never informed that Alternative Psychiatry isn’t licensed to prescribe in other states yet they had no issue charging me fees anyway. Transparency and patient care should come first, but it’s clear that their policies are now focused on squeezing money out of patients rather than providing proper medical care. Finally, I found a provider who is amazing from the front desk to the psychiatrist to the nurse practitioner. They are compassionate and willing to help in any way they can.
Fake practice Practic, and doctor office manager ate never around.
