Nice place calming and great front desk help. Lilyana nurse practitioner Psychiatrist very smart and helpful and knowledgeable.
Dr Sylvester is absolutely amazing! Great man and ladies at the front are angels.
I find that how a staff treats people that provide a service to them to be very insightful as far as what type of business the principals are running. I have friends and family that I will actively recommend that they steer clear of this practice. What I saw today will not grow business in an area you didn’t even know that you may have had a reach into. Best Regards.
I had been a patient at this practice for several years and initially had a very positive experience. However, things took a disturbing turn recently after I raised a legitimate concern about a possible HIPAA violation, and also voiced discomfort about non-therapeutic and condescending remarks made by Nurse Practitioner Sandra Hatfield during sessions in 2025.
