Dillon from Alternative Power Enterprises did a bang up job replacing a broken inverter. Followed up to make sure the system and Apple were working properly. Only negative is that SolarEdge does not have a notification when something goes wrong. But that’s not on Alternative Power.
We have called multiple times. Stephanie never remembers who we are and takes a message saying they will get back to us. They have been to our home and act like they don’t know what we are talking about each time we call. After posting this within 3 hours we get a call from the person who came out finally. Now he tells us we need a new system but when he was here 3 to 4 weeks ago he was going to look for replacement parts. So now after posting this review, we are suddenly told we need a whole new system. The person who answe... read more

Everyone that we've had the privilege to interact with at APE has been absolutely top notch. Josh was very patient with my wife and I when we were first looking into solar for our home. He answered every question with knowledge and made sure we completely understood the process and how it would work going forward. The installation crew were very particular in their workmanship and the end product shows!! The job was even completed ahead of schedule. The finest design, construction and service. Wonderful attitude. Great experience with all personel. We have been off grid twice before, but this has been our best experience. Highly recommend them!
