I had an absolutely horrible time with their office, and was treated in a shockingly bad manner by Rick. I would email the office to schedule dog walks, which they told me was the best way to do so. More often than not I would have to call to follow up because days would go by without hearing back and without the walks being scheduled. I used this company for a few months. Rick Rahim the owner (whom I saw left a 5star review for his own company) would charge my card immediately after confirming the dates I needed. I moved a few blocks away so he added $3 per day because it was outside of the service area. It was still the same city and zip code and was literally closer to the dog walker's address than before. As a former employee, NEVER do business with this horrible man, Rick Rahim. He is incredibly abusive to not only his employees, but I have heard cases of him beating the animals in his care. He came to my house in the middle of the night, rambling drunk like a mad man demanding I give him his keys. He was cussing at me, called me a B***h and a C**t, going on and on making no sense at all, barely able to get most of what he said, all while my baby slept inside. I had been a long time customer with this company. I don't know what happened recently but we have had multiple negative experiences that has caused us to seek other options. 1. We went away for a week and scheduled the pet sitter. We did the appropriate paperwork and left notes at the house that we had 3 cats. When we arrived home, we were greeted at the door by only 2 cats. We searched the house and found the third cat locked in a bedroom.
