My experience with leybis cutino has been an absolute awful nightmare and I've only met her once. For some reason or another she promised a couple in California that she would get their permits done in a certain amount of time in which she wasn't able to fulfill her promise and the couple came back and hit her with a bunch of negative reviews and made a lot of threats about going towards the board of Tallahassee to take away the engineers license and I don't know what transpired I was asked to intervene by my husband who is ... read more
