Literally the best people
I have been with the company for a few months and I am proud to be the new manager. In home caregiving is a hard business. We have to hire quality caregivers to take care of our clients. We have to trust that the caregivers we invest in are quality people that will show up to work, and do a good job. Yes the schedule changes often, but it's because caregivers call out a lot so we have to find last minute coverage. That unfortunately, will always be part of in home caregiving. Worst place to work for! They do not understand or accommodate employees with disabilities! They expected me to engage and talk with my clients. I’ve told them many times it’s hard for me because of my disability! I see the turnover rate for caregivers is high! That should speak volumes! Avoid working for this place at all costs!
You don't even need an IQ to answer a phone. So what's the excuse for these people? Oh wait, they can't do their jobs. Figured if out lol
