Poor communication and poor attention to detail. Tim does not stand behind his work, rust was bubbling back through a simple hood repair days after work was completed . I took car back to have this and several other issues resolved and the excuse from Tim later was he forgot where the problems were so he only fixed one small buffer scrape. Now I'm being ignored.
