I reached out to inquire about services for hypnosis to help me quit smoking. Josh reached out to me and said he'd call me after I got out of work on Friday. He didnt call. Over the weekend, I read these reviews and made the decision to not pursue them for treatment. Josh sent me an email this morning saying "Hey Ryan, you ready to quit smoking?" I went to them seeking help for insomnia. And after speaking with Josh, I felt he understood what I needed. They decided to put me in a cookie cutter weight loss program because apparently losing weight fixes everything. I've had insomnia while thin and also while chubby. I tried 2 sessions but I couldn't get into it because they weren't addressing the issue I came there for. They charged me $459 because I set it up as a payment plan. I told them before my third appointment that they weren't addressing my needs. I told them ... read more
