Someone mentioned no wait time, but I beg to differ, granted it was my fault that I was limited on time, but as soon as I pulled up there were 2 folks waiting, I was the 3rd, the amount of time the first guy needed was unusually long, but if that is the case, perhaps a second employee would help or maybe make the person who needs an usual amount of time to be helped wait, But hanging out for 20 minutes only to leave with nothing in my hands is a bad experience.
