I’ve been dealing with alternative home care for three years. I’ve never had a problem with them. Their communication is wonderful. They get back to me when they say I think all staff is wonderful..
So glad to have found Alternative Home Care. We have exceptional caregivers who are smart, kind, energetic and very caring. Management (Hazel) is extremely responsive and has given us a personal attention and always provided high quality caregivers.
The agency staff are very helpful. They look after their own. The starting rate is good, the app used is easy and user friendly. The company is quite generous during the Holidays. Overall, am satisfied working with Alternative HealthCare, it’s quite a rewarding and satisfying experience to be affiliated with them
