Dr. Watkins is amazing and helped address all of the issues I first came to her with! All of my symptoms have gotten so much better and the rest of the team is also amazing and always so helpful and kind!
From my 1st visit in Oct 2024, until now the change in my stomach is nothing less than remarkable. I went cold turkey on my PPI after taking large doses for 15+ years and now rarely experience acid reflux. On rare occasions that I do, I have natural medicines to resolve it. Also the unpredictability of my stomach had changed my willingness to venture out, afraid of not having immediate access to the bathroom. Horrible way to live! Not anymore. I am so thankful to Dr Watkins and the entire team. Couldn’t be more pleased.
Dr. Watkins and the AHA team are wonderful. I came in with the very specific needs and in a short period had a very positive turn around. My focus has shifted from thinking about my health often to on being great in life!
Wonderful practice! Treated my condition holistically and with thorough education on my condition and treatment. Before seeing them I was taking prescriptions and was having terrible cystic acne along with my condition. I couldn’t find reasonable treatment through traditional medicine and had tried some that were just plain ineffective. With Dr. Watkins after less than a month my acne disappeared, my energy increased and I felt less chronic aches and pains.
As many others have said, it is wildly refreshing to have an experience these days with a medical professional who is personal, kind, knowledgeable, and wholistic in addressing your needs. Such has been every experience that I have had with Dr. Watkins and much of the team at AHA. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for alternative options to conventional healthcare these days!!
