I was actually a bit skeptical going into my first session with Paula, and I wasn't even sure I felt good immediately after the session was done, but by the time I woke up the next morning it was quite obvious something was very different. I slept well, was up early with lots of energy, and had no desire to continue with the behaviours I was struggling with. I would recommend Paula's service to anyone seeking therapy. Thanks Paula! I can't wait for our next session.
