As it turns out, our problem was on my end. A worker in my home unplugged the sending unit from the modem. I totally forgot what that box was connected to and never checked to see if it was plugged in. Duh! The AES guy was very polite and didn't make fun of me. He did update the system while he was here. Thank you, AES!
Great service!
AES was the tech service used by the company that leased my solar system. AES no longer works for or with that solar lease company since it filed for bankruptcy. At no point did AES inform me that they no longer performed service for my leased system. I mentioned more than once that the service should be included since it was a leased system, and I should not be charged for any service visits. Never once did AES inform me that they were no longer under contract to provide the required service. Felt misled and caused a servic... read more
Hard to leave a review since the work is not done. All you have done so far is make a report on what is wrong and order a cleaning. Which is now almost two months past due
AES has been wonderful at identifying problems and fixing them to ensure we are maximizing our energy output and reducing our costs. Great technicians!
