We worked with Brooke on our closet design and she just blew us away. I was so specific about what I wanted in my closet, something I had been dreaming about for a lifetime! She met my creative vision with enthusiasm and her own creativity! The end result is truly exception and I need to be dragged away from my walk in closet because I am so obsessed! The planning was very easy to follow, and the on-site assembly was absolutely perfect. It was an 11-of-10 experience, 100% recommended, and I certainly will be using Alternative Closest again in the future!
Had a terrible experience with this company unfortunately. So rude and did a terrible job. Looks worse than if I did it myself at IKEA and cost much more$$. So disappointed.
Had a wonderful experience with Alternative Closets! Jill and Stacey were easy to work with, extremely responsive and professional. There was never any pressure to spend extra money. In fact, the prices were quite reasonable. The installer, Joe, was lovely and efficient. He cleaned up afterwards and left the house immaculate! I highly recommend Alternative Closets- you will not be disappointed!
