Leadership is very unprofessional. Very little actual claim experience and they don’t treat their employees well.
My insurance company hired them as a third party adjuster, due to a derecho storm, has no idea about my policy or local building codes and completely screwed up my claim to the pount where I will have to fight my own insurance company.
