This company is horrible, my sons car got hit in the driver side door by a client of Farm Bureau, apparently they hired this company to handle it. They refused to give my son a rental saying his car starts and drives so it is safe and there are no safety issues, however, he can't open the driver side door, has to climb over to get in and out (Yes, a driver-side door that doesn't open can be a safety issue for a vehicle. Leadership is very unprofessional. Very little actual claim experience and they don’t treat their employees well.
My insurance company hired them as a third party adjuster, due to a derecho storm, has no idea about my policy or local building codes and completely screwed up my claim to the pount where I will have to fight my own insurance company.
