This company sent an adjuster to our home for damage to our roof. This guy was horrible. I will not mention names but he knows what he did and how he made us feel. Please do not use this company.

My insurance company CFM used this company when a hail storm came through and damaged the siding and roof of my house. Adjuster called and told me they would come out the following week but assured me that he would call ahead of time to let me know when he would be there. Never heard anything from the adjuster and then my wife called and said that there was someone pulling in the driveway. He never would return any of my phone calls and when I got the estimate for the damage he missed half the siding damage, he didn't quote ... read more
This company is horrible, my sons car got hit in the driver side door by a client of Farm Bureau, apparently they hired this company to handle it. They refused to give my son a rental saying his car starts and drives so it is safe and there are no safety issues, however, he can't open the driver side door, has to climb over to get in and out (Yes, a driver-side door that doesn't open can be a safety issue for a vehicle.
