I have now had 4 message treatments with Jen and they have all been super therapeutic and wonderful. I do weight training at least 5 days a week which causes most of my muscles to be tight knots. In each of the 4 sessions we went over extra sore spots and she focused on those areas. As a verification for how effective these have been - I noted at least an extra hour of deep sleep (per wearing my apple watch to bed) after every session - that's a huge jump in deep sleep for me!
