I had my first massage session ( already booked my second one ) due to a 3 point humorous shoulder break last spring and also for a much needed relaxation time. Jen takes the time to listen and explain the process. She makes you feel completely comfortable with the experience while she is providing her knowledge. Highly recommend! Looking forward to the next visit!
Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist! She’s incredibly kind and caring, and she always takes the time to really listen to my concerns before starting the session. She’s very knowledgeable and talented, she knows exactly how to help me relax and release the tension in my muscles. Every session with her leaves me feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled massage therapist.
10 out of 10 DO RECCOMEND. I'm all about whole body wellness and this massage was a step above the rest! Tending to my aches and ailments while promoting relaxation. This space is so fun because there are many different therapy options, I'm excited to try out different services and packages 🤌
Working with Jenn has been so helpful in my healing journey. From massage that is more than relaxing but healing and especially the 1:1 yoga session, which helped me find and practice the poses that really align with my areas of physical, mental and emotional need. Also for someone who was always nervous in group fitness classes, it really helped with confidence to go into group fitness settings. Thank you!!
