Very helpful. It was a great experience helped us with all questions. If didnt know the answer she would call the owner and get the right answer. It was definitely a great experience.
We recently bought a new futon mattress from Alternative Bedding & Waterbed Services, and we're so glad that we did! Ron made the process simple and non intimidating! He was patient and knowledgeable. We were able to get our mattress delivered! Our new mattress is so comfy! This place is great! We should have gotten a new mattress years ago!
They have everything you need for a waterbed. I purchased a mattress, bed liner, heater, two Pillows, & solution for bed. He had three mattresses to pick from. Every thing fit like a glove. Perfect. Had my bed for 41 years with only one matress. I will not live another 41 years. If you have arthritis it's very nice in a warm bed with aches & pains. Give the place a walk threw. Give the store a 100%
5 Star Experience all the way....was looking for a unique solution tied to a loft space, and Ron was able to hook me up with a perfect Cabinet Bed...even storing it for 2 weeks until I could pick it up. Also scored a mattress there for another bed at the same time. Great service, great business! I highly advise swinging buy if you need a better night's sleep!
Perfect example of why we need local businesses, I came in after work and Ron got me set up with a futon just in time for my friend coming over. Super friendly and accomodating, it definitely beats ordering furniture online and waiting months for them to decide to deliver it eventually.
