From my first consult with **** and **** to my installation today, they have been nothing but kind and courteous. **** took it upon himself to reach out via phone and text to let me know every step of the process, where the pieces were in manufacturing, answer and questions, and when I could expect install. My new shower looks gorgeous and I don't have to worry about water all over the floor now.

Not happy with workers or work NOT completed. Lots of promises, and so-called fixes but Shower door still leaks onto floor, (which is not door or handle requested) one shelf NOT sealed properly. Basically the shower is useless!!

I used alternative bath a couple weeks ago and they completely transformed my primary bathroom from being unusable, to a more solid foundation and modern look. Everyone was helpful and the owner even came to check on things during the process to ensure that everything was being done correctly. The pricing was also very affordable and I did not feel like I was being haggled. They really try their best to ensure that everyone feels comfortable with the transaction and the work.
